“Firstly, it is important to say that that the water slide inflatable we purchased was a lot of fun, and the children (we have 4, all under 10) really loved it. We bought it in June 2018, and it cost around £450 delivered. Communication and delivery by the company was excellent. We took it out of its storage two weeks ago (June 2020) and inflated it for the first time this year. The castle inflated properly, but when the children stood on it it sagged under their weight. Climbing the tower was not possible because it collapsed. We checked for holes or leakages very thoroughly but found none; we then contacted the customer services at BeBop, and corresponded with 'Matthew'. In short, it is likely that the material inside has perished, due to perhaps being put away not fully dry and the glue between the two layers coming away and allowing air to escape. BeBop sympathised with us and offered to test it, at our expense for postage. We declined, since there seemed little point spending more money when I believe they are right. Actually, we were very conscientious about drying it so this was a surprise; we dried it after use and then inflated it the following day WITHOUT water, to give it a few hours in the sun to dry further. We did this almost every time. I was uneasy about spending so much on a 'toy', but reasoned that if we got 5 years' use it would be worth it. Well, in actual fact we only got 2 years, and probably erected it 40-odd times, so I'm afraid that makes it very expensive at £10 a time. If there is a problem with the glue reacting with the material if damp, they really ought to find a different material or a different glue. I bet not everyone spends so long drying their water inflatables as we did, so please be aware that this toy might be useful only for the short term if you use it with water. A great shame, the kids were really disappointed.”

“It looks good in the pictures you show but the water slide pool part is so thin it hurts my grandchildren’s when they get to the bottom so I don’t think I will be getting it out again soon”
