“Bought this product in Late April for May birthday party. Fabric ripped after two uses. Company spent ages refusing a refund and offering only a repair. Finally got a refund after threatening legal action on 1st July. Would avoid.”

“The quality isn't good at all, the children stopped using it in a few minutes complaining it does bounce. They said its like jumping on a carpet. The product is delivered with an extra vent but there is nothing to seal that vent properly.”

“My children have only used this twice and the stitching has come undone near entrance and also at the side. Went to put it up but realised they was sinking so I thought pipe was twisted. After checking it all around I could see the stitching has come undone on both sides. This could do with being better quality with how much it costs mine is only one month and used only twice hoping they will swap this for another one as this is a manufacturer problem needs to be better quality. The slide it self is fanatic just poorly made and won’t last 5 minutes”

“thank you for a truly lovely bouncy castle and such a fabulous price. fantastic fun and very easy to fold away and blow up, the fan stays on all the time like a hire one”
