“I ordered sheets that I hoped were like my Hyatt experience. The UK King size is completely different than US and I saw no notice of that. Shipping to the US was supposed to be £100 but I was charged £200 pounds and the sheet did not fit! A notice to US customers would have fixed that problem. If I wanted to pay for return shipping to the UK (after already spending £200 on initial shipping!) they would have sent me a different size. The sheets are not soft, but hopefully will get better with age, although my fitted sheet is unusable. Very dissapointing.”
