“Firstly my order did not arrive and I had to contact customer service adding to further delays. I understand these things happen but it felt like this was a small order and not important. When the order did arrive it was to late for my Xmas tree which I had to go a head and put up but this skirt did not come in sections like my other tree skirts so can't be used until next year ,as my tree is to big to move . If this wasn't enough the tree skirt is not the one I ordered. I ordered a Galvanised cut out tree skirt with gold detail .... what arrived was a gold tree skirt nothing like the one advertised . It would have been nice to have been informed of the change of product So not very impressed with this company .”
