“I ordered a sample swatch on 20th April, still have not received this despite chasing this up twice. Doesn't inspire me to order the actual pouffe. Only company to charge for the swatch and the only one that did not arrive. Only £2.99 but annoying not being sent out and told they would look into twice.”
