“This thing is astonishing. Basically we followed the Ooni dough recipe and then our first attempt at making and cooking a pizza was at night, mildly drunk, in a storm, with random wood pellets and no real clue as to what we were doing. What we expected was a total failure and the beginning of a long journey on learning how to make better pizzas. What we got when we dished out the fresh slices was the best pizza any of us had ever tasted in our lives, everyone's faces lit up in amazement. And the next 7 pizzas we made that night proved the first was no fluke either. Honestly, this thing is suspiciously close to magic and well worth the money.
