“Haven't used it yet with my pizza oven because of the rainy weather. Looking at it, the handle is just the right length for reaching in ,to turn the pizza and not getting your skin burnt. The peel disc is the right size for turning a 12 inch pizza, not too big as this can be awkward. Light alloy with a silver coating makes it ideal for washing in soapy water. Vent holes allow excess flour from pizza to drop through.”
