“We were incredibly excited to purchase this new Smoker, as soon as it arrived we built it and couldn't wait to test it. Imagine our disappointment when it didn't work!! We are currently in dialogue with the manufacturer as there appears to be not one but two faults. Maybe we just got unlucky with a rogue smoker, but to spend all that money and have it not work is very very disappointing.”
