“Timberline was delivered 15/08. Due to recent hand surgery, waited until yesterday to unbox with a family member.
Upon unboxing, discovered the front base lip below storage doors to be damaged.
Dented from the underside and 3 quarters down the lip in the front.
Having spent quite a large sum of money for the Timberline, I have raised a complaint with Dawsons BBQ World who will hopefully respond and manage with satisfactory customer service.
Need to be replaced as a whole or at the very least repaired somehow.
Ruined the long weekend as I was planning to smoke ribs, brisket and pork butt from my family.
Really unhappy especially as a returning customer with previous good experience.”
