“A nightmare to assemble. Took 4+ hours. Very complicated wiring and a set of pictorial instructions written and drawn by someone who did not appear to have put one together. Some screw/bolts were located in hard to reach areas and with some others it was unclear exactly how to fit them. When assembling some wires were easily caught in the frame. Some gas pipes had to be bent in such away as to risk creasing the pipe. The gas cylinder space in the cabinet was not tall enough to fit a 5.5kg tank in and for the tap to be acessible so it had to be located outside of the cupboard area leaving the right hand inside area useless for storeage. The useage intructions were also poorly written. It couls have been explained much more clearly about how to use the side and rear burners. However once thge assembly nightmare was over the bbq looks great. It has rained ever since so have yet to use it. I bought a griddle plate as an extra which is essential if you want to eg fry shrimps and vegetables. The whole thing is very complex and looks like it will be a long and hard job to keep it clean.,,, fingers crossed.”
“The buying process was easy and efficient with helpful advice from the sales person in making the final decision. Delivery was prompt but I didn’t get the promised advance call from them with the delivery slot to ensure that we would be in. It just arrived and fortunately my wife was in at the time. I have not tested cooking on the grill as yet but it all looks great with all burners working firing as expected.”
