“The agreed delivery date failed to be met despite more than a months notice. Customer services did their best to then despatch as priority. There was minor cosmetic damage to bbq, not result of shipping so most likely quality issue with outback. Again contacted customer services and for delay and damage got a pizza stone and am some briquettes. Bbq itself had on s and performed well.”
“Great BBQ at a Great price. We have always used Outback BBQ's and they are easy to build up in 2-3 hours.
The only problems I had was securing the side burner valve as the screws were avery tight fit in the valve threads, but I managed.
Also there is no height adjustment for the castors. or the cabinate doors.”
