“BBQ arrived and halway through building it I noticed a faulty part, the left hand side panel had been manufactured incorrectly, this resulted in the doors not fitting, several phone calls and photographs provided to BBQ World and over a week later I am still waiting for the part, there is zero urgency from the team at Dawsons to expedite the part or respond to emails, one guy Ian had stated to me when I chased it that the part had been shipped from outback direct to me, I asked him for the tracking details and was told these would be emailed to me, that email did not arrive, several days later I spoke to someone else Julie from customer services, she had no indication of it being shipped. A total complete lack of customer service and obvious lies, I would never buy anything else from them, I was also informed that if I wished to return the faulty goods then I would be laible for the £45 pallet return haulage.”

“Bought this to replace my 7 year old Weber to accommodate our expanding family. Assembly did not go to plan. The back panel holes didn’t line up and I had to put the screws in at an angle to get them to bite.
When cooking and using the spatula, you can sometimes catch the round grate and lift it so be careful. Other than that very happy with the purchase and can’t wait for the big family bbq”
