“This is a really nice BBQ - well proportioned - large cooking surface without being too large overall. The temperature control is great and everything looks well made. However, The quality control isn't quite there at the factory. There are a few minor scratches on the case and areas where the coating on the lid has cracked off. For the 50% off I paid it's great value - I wouldn't have been happy at full price though.”
“The body of the BBQ was found to be a bit scratched and dusty inside and out, when unpacking everything, which was disappointing.
There were LOADS of parts to assemble ... allow sufficient time!
Some of the parts needed what I would consider to be more than a gentle nudge with a mallet to fit together.
Leak test done, but haven't cooked on it yet. Looks good, and appears to be good value - particularly as purchased at half price - so hopefully will be good to cook with”
“Barbecue arrived as promised.The box contained all the parts and a little bubble wrap with all the screws. I found the picture instructions easy to follow and the only fiddly bit was connecting the ignition button leads.This is a great product for the price,I’ve seen it elsewhere at £100 dearer. The barbecue works well and I didn’t have a screw unaccounted for!”
“Good cheap basic gas BBQ ideal for a small family, will easily cook enough for five ! Having the gas ring on the side has been handy for cooking onions etc..brought a cheap cover from Amazon, sorted ! Oh yes, allow a good hour to assemble, the instructions are actually very good you just need to pay a little attention !”
“I recently purchased 2 bbqs from BBQ World but unfortunately they both arrived damaged with a few damaged parts. I called BBQ World within hours of receiving them both and was informed to send in photos of the damage. The next day I was informed to send in the serial numbers. The next day I was informed that a warranty claim would have to be submitted to Outback so had to resubmit the pictures along with the serial numbers.
But 1 week after receiving my bbqs I am still awaiting any replacement parts or a resolution!”
