“Service from BBQ World was really good. Courier let the delivery side down. Phoned day 1 to say that the pallet was delivered to them late and didn't make it out. Said it would be out on day 2. No phone call or email had to phone them back and was told they didn't know.why it hadn't been planned in but would phone me first thing to let me know when it was arriving the next day. By 10.30 no phone call was on the phone to courier when I received a phone call from the delivery driver that he would be there in 10 mins which is great buy communication wasn't the best.”
