“I cant fault the seller, it was a fast delivery, professional service, all good. The product itself... that's another story but first the good bits: well packed, assembling took about 30 min but was straightforward. I was expecting precision level of control but I realised 2 problems: if you want to smoke at lower temps (50-60 celsius) the woodchips wont burn, wont produce smoke. You have to up the temp to at least 80 to get smoke. And I got consensation inside even thou I had the top vent open, I will need to experiment maybe with the woodchip loader out of the way so more air could get in and out. For the smoke I will probably have to get a smoke generator (useful for cold smoking) but this is extra, for a device I was hoping is the full package.”
