“The kamado Joe is a great piece of kit and i'm very pleased with it. I did pay the nominal £1.50 "for a call from the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date" as advertised by BBQ World / Dawsons Department Store, as the next day delivery wasn't an option. However it turns out that this was not the case. I received a call from the courier to tell me that it was being delivered the next day?? so i explained that i would be at work, "not to worry we will give you a call an hour before" okay then that's fine.....the next day the ringdoor bell goes and it was the courier, no phone call prior and told me he will wait 15mins or he will go!!!!. So he left the pallet on the drive, no problems and I made my way home. Not the delivery service as described and BBQ World customer service is non-existent - email only and response after 24 hours”
