“I have given this 4 stars as I thought that it came with the Roasting Hood. I now understand that to get the Roasting Hood you have to buy a variation of the Cube called Cube 360 which includes the Hood.
I was disappointed about this but am now told that the Roasting Hood can be bought as an Accessory if you wanted to buyin addition to just the Cube.
Apart from that, it is a very nice little barbecue on which you can cook for up to 3 people or something in a skillet; the only little gripe is that you have to buy the right charcoal to go with the Cube otherwise it makes lighting up a tad difficult. Other than that it does what it says on the tin but a little expensive especially as you have to buy the hood separately if you want to cook say, a joint or a chicken.”
“Brilliant!! I have been debating on buying the CUBE BBQ for over a year as I was unsure of how much I would use it and didn't really want to waste £145+ on a BBQ. Although we've only used it once, I can honestly say I love it! So neat and compact, cooked for a family of 4. Coals still had plenty of heat, so could have carried on cooking for longer. Once it had cooled a bit I used a sponge and soapy water to take off what dirt I could. As it got cooler I removed the coal and the tray to finish cleaning it. Definitely use foil in the bottom as it will reduce cleaning time.”
“Superb little BBQ. Used it on our recent camping trip and it was great. Easy to use and plenty of space to cook 12 sausages at one time or 6 decent sized burgers. We lined the white tray with foil to keep cooked food warm. BBQ kept hot for a long time even with what seemed like a small amount of charcoal so was still warm enough 1h later to toast marshmallows. Instructions were great, easy to assemble and clean. The base does stay cool and we used it on our camping kitchen table, much easier than using disposables on the ground. Only gripe is that it is a shame that the lid isnt designed to be a chopping board. This would make it perfect!”
