“A massive upgrade over my old gas bbq. No flare ups at all, cooks the meat beautifully and the steak searer is brilliant for crisping up the fat. Its night and day compared to cooking on a basic gas bbq.
Was easy to assemble (took me a couple of hours alone, but is recommended to do as two people) and seems well built from reasonable quality stainless steel components. Hopefully time will prove this right.
Not had a chance to try the charcoal/hybrid function yet. Digital thermometer and temperature probes are a nice addition.”
