“Not a great start. Opened the box and took everything out ready to assemble. Checked through all the pieces only to find a bag of bits was missing from one of the boxes preventing assembly. Not what I was expecting. Call lodged to BBQWORLD who told me they would email Napoleon straight away to get the parts sent out. Now just waiting, having had to put everything safely away until the parts land. Not the fault of the supplier and hopefully a speedy resolution from Napoleon.”
“Great purchase, very good materials used and gets up to temperature very fast. Cast iron grates are great for retaining the heat and good sear marks.”
