“This is an excellent purchase. First I need to commend BBQ World for a simple to use website, a great offer and exceptional customer service. The delivery experience was first class and the courier used was helpful in assisting the movement of the box (which is huge and heavy). BBQ World customer service sorted out a minor inconvenience with the "free gift" that was part of the purchase with a replacement which arrived the next day. The person I spoke to could not have been easier to deal with and resolved the query immediately.
The BBQ itself is a dream. Looks great. Well put together and although there's quite a bit to do to get it setup the instructions are clear and straight forward and the only tool required is a screwdriver. The BBQ works fantastically well and is easy to clean and maintain. Highly recommended.”
“Looks great. It is a bit fiddly to assemble and the instructions could be better as other reviews have pointed out. There is also a well flagged issue with cleaning as any run off goes straight into the burners below. I dont the fat trays issue is that big an issue as you can easily source the foil replacements. I think the instruction manual should be much better. Actual layout and gas canister chain/hook set up is great.”
