“The actual BBQ itself is fine. The delivery service from BBQ World was terrible. Tracking app didn't work so no idea when it was coming. It was just lucky I was in when it came. Miserable and unhelpful delivery guy. Very bad representative for the company. Will never use them again because of the poor customer service.”
“Not easiest BBq to assemble. Don't like way in which side panels need to be secured by plastic 'pin'. Design of side panels could do with improvement. Otherwise good BBQ, functions ok.”
