“The unit itself looks very well made although we have not used it to date. It arrived promptly on time and was easy to assemble.
Our issue with BBQ World (aka Dawsons Department Store) is that unfortunately we forgot to add the rain cover to our order. We immediately contacted them after delivery and asked if under the circumstances they could send one out free of the delivery charge. Their response was "NO" despite the fact we had just spent £195 with them. I asked them to reconsider and 'Jane' refused.
Hence the low score which is for unsympathetic customer service. Sorry Jane NOT”

Thanks for the order - but we feel its a little bit harsh on the 1 star review.
You ordered late on the evening on the 9th we despatched on the 10th you received on the 11th and your seem to be happy with the bbq.
The bbq cover would have cost you £9 and the cheapest delivery service is £2.95 the fact we didn't waive the charge is due to a multitude of factors including costs of expensive postage, warehousing, procuring inventory etc.
We're hope you happy with the bbq but 1 star review NOT
