“I have not used the Cadac carri chef. My intention is to return it. No real issue with the prodcut except that on consideration after receipt I thought another product, which I have ordered as well, would better suit my needs. Despite me ordering the other, more expensive product from BBQ world, they have done nothing really, besides referring me to their returns page, to assist with returning the Cadac. My low rating is for the complete apathy and lack of willingness to to assist with an exchange. If I could have given this a zero I would have.”
