“The BBQ arrived damaged, dented and the paint scraped off. We called for a replacement but as they have none in stock were asked to take out all the parts, check them over, photograph them and then they would see if they can get replacements parts. However as we could see the BBQ was likely to have been damaged prior to being delivered to us (as the plastic wrap was around the box was all in tact, but the actual box under the wrap damaged) we wouldn't know until we put the BBQ together and fired it up if all was working. It is a heavy object and the hassle of this bearing in mind it cost over a thousand pounds, we were not prepared to do all this so we have arranged a collection and refund for the BBQ and also the accessories we ordered to go with it, cover/cleaning brush @ temperature thermometer for cooking. Dissapointing.”
