“This is our second Broil King Gas BBQ and the first one lasted way longer than previous ones so we had no hesitation in getting a second. We dealt with Broil King when we had issues on the old one with the lid and it was replaced straight away, customer service exemplary. The build quality and finish are excellent and it went together without any trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new one.”
“Love my new BBQ. Built like a tank, double walled lid (this isn’t advertised but it is) really spacious grill and it gets seriously hot and keeps heat well. This is a quality product, similar to a Weber Genesis e310 but half the price and not too bulky. One star off because all the marketing shows it to have cabinet doors but instead it is just a flat panel that does not open so you have to go to the back to change/fit the gas. Not a huge issue but I felt slightly misled. Easy to assemble. Took less than an hour but you need two people. All the fixings felt well made and it feels like it will last for years. Only cooked on it once and it seemed good but can’t really comment on long term use. I would buy this again in a heartbeat if I had the chance to change my mind our keep it.”
