“Well made and sturdy addition to my rotisserie, huge capacity and cooks up chicken legs, thighs and wings to perfection (for me anyway). The only bug bear is it can be a pain to clean, I spray it with a degreaser and put it in the dishwasher, that seems to work!”
“Brilliant piece of Weber kit. Did pre-match wings on the weekend. Perfect. Looking forward to doing chicken thighs next. Not so easy to clean as many others have already mentioned. You need a broad/wide wire brush. Pro tips: 1) set indirect heat to 230 C, 2) position an aluminium tray underneath to catch fat drippings, 3) olive oil and dry seasoning only so you don’t clog the holes of the basket”
“We have done roast potatoes and also roast vegetables in the basket so far and they have been delicious the basket is a bit fiddly to open with heat resistant gloves but I’m sure we will soon get used to it. Happy with the basket.”
