“The skillet’s performance is brilliant cooked A lamb risotto nothing got stuck to the bottom. I got some heat into the skillet once the lamb chunks were seared turned the heat down to low just enough to keep it cooking. Reducing the fluids while the rice cooked and absorbed some of the juices still nothing stuck to the base. Next morning cooked beacon, scrambled eggs and mushrooms turned out great no burning or sticking, I’m well impressed. No seasoning required to wash just followed the manufactures advice.”
