“Gave 3 stars simply for the issues. The Smoker itself is great, love it. But when the first one arrived and was covered in some oily substance, or something else, I immediately called BBQ World and was asked to send in images; no problem handed them over. I was told I would receive a call back shortly. Called back again an hour later and was told that someone would call me back. Waited and received an email offering a 10% refund or an exchange, so I took the exchange. Due to it now being past 3 PM on a Thursday, I was told now I would have to wait until the following Monday to receive my smoker I purposely ordered from BBQ world, so I had it for that weekend I asked could they as a good will gesture ship it for the Saturday as this is offered on the website but I was told no its not possible with an exchange to be honest after spending the maount I did which I feel is a lot of money maybe not to the seller but it is to me that they could of done something to help seeing as this was not my fault and I appreciate it probably wasn't shipped out like this and something happened in transport but really dissapointing. But the smoker is of great quality. Do yourself a favour, the cover is really thin, so order one from a 3rd party, it's not even raised, and it's wet and full of condensation.”
“When the Weber Smokey Mountain arrived it was damaged beyond use. Disappointing as it was for a special event. A replacement part has been offered and communication with BBQ World has been good but the part will take some time to arrive.”
