“Arguably the best smoker you can buy at this price-point. A firm favorite among the competition barbecue circuit. However, it does have it's flaws; assembly instructions are vague - I advise looking on YouTube for instructions. Particularly, installing the silicone thermometer grommet is difficult (trick is to soak in hot water for 5 mins first, and coat the edges in cooking oil). The stock door is prone to leaking and really needs a heat-proof gasket installed. Alternatively you can buy a replacement steal door. But once you've got this thing set up, it's a great smoker.”
