“Make sure you have the right model, it states at the time of writing it supports ALL the prestige range, but it does not. I have a 2016 Napolean Prestige 500 that I purchased new in 2020 and unknown to me when i purchased this there is a difference on some models. Check to see if your sizzle zone hole is flush all sides with no indents to stop the accessory from fitting in place. If you have my version where the flush hole gets interrupted by a 4 mm by 30mm indent at the front of the hole it will only fit if you cut a 26mm x 30mm indent on the bottom edges of the accessory. Far from ideal and too Napolean and bbqworld credit have offered a full refund, but I rather just adapt it and use it since I want this accessory. If anything, I think Napolean should have added a cut mark for those like me that have an older model so it's compatible for all models, not some.”
