“Purchased this and extra skewers, you put skewers on direct on the BBQ no matter how well I coated the grills and the food they more often than not stick. Using a circular skewer means that unless whaterever you have skewered is well balanced they rotate into gravitation position all the time. With this slotterd rack and the flat skewers the sit however you place them, rotate 90 degrees each time, easier to get even through cooking. Only tried them once but so far very good.”
