“The compact version If the Cadac Safari is excellent. It operates the same as the standard Cadac but in my opinion has better features. Firstly, it uses gas canisters as opposed to mini gas bottles. With gas cylinders being in short supply, would I be able to get these when required? The canisters are more widely available, they are smaller to carry and the bag that comes with the Cadac has pockets at the back to store two so everything is neatly contained in one unit. Secondly, the base is flat so is more secure as less likely to be knocked over. This is vital with two dogs who jump up the table to check out the progress of their sausages!”
