“Have always been a “charcoal purist barbecuer”, but am now converted to gas. The more you use the Weber the better it gets for enhancing the bbq flavour. Very easy to build and set up. Temperature control is good and easy to monitor with the built in lid thermometer. Using the freely supplied roasting dish, from bbqworld, have achieved roast chicken which was far superior to anything that’s ever come out of my oven.”
