“BBQ is good, but the sale gets 1 star rating due to the appalling level of service from the delivery company used by this seller (THE Pallet Network). The delivery man said he was not authorised to deliver the BBQ onto a gravel drive (ours is a small driveway) and insisted he would only deliver the BBQ to the kerbside at the end of the drive. This left the expensive new BBQ in the public road and meant my wife and 65 year old mother in law had to struggle to drag the heavy box up on to the drive to avoid it being a danger to cars. The delivery man then left them to struggle with the very heavy box up the driveway to the side of our house. What a gentleman!
There are many other websites selling BBQs at the same price but who use different delivery people, so I would recommend you try elsewhere unless they have changed delivery company.”
