“Great barbecue and great service from bbq world. I ordered it on Monday online from them in Lancashire and had a phone call Tuesday afternoon from the Pallet delivery company here in Kent asking when they could deliver it. Outstanding service.
The barbecue is very well engineered and the quality is more like a car than the thin tin of cheaper models. It is so well packaged it takes a while to unpack and all of the stated two hours to assemble but it was not hard and all the components fitted together beautifully.
I have fired it up twice so far and it is superb - really possible to use the direct and indirect cooking methods with the hood down. Looking forward to years of happy outdoor cooking.”
