“My old no-name gas bbq died on my last year, so I did some research and went with the Weber GII SP-335. It was delivered in 2 days on a pallet. The box is big and heavy, it took us around 2h to assemble - straightforward with the instruction. Build quality is just great + 10 years of warranty, so nothing to worry about. Weber warranty service is one of the best in the world.
Love the sear station, the bbq is getting hot really quick and holds the temps, was doing 321 ribs last weekend and had to adjust the heat only a touch for the first 3 hours when I was smoking the ribs with the Weber smoking box (not included). Just love it. Expensive, but worth every pound!”

“Weber produces quality BBQ's and the SP-335 GBS Stainless is no exception. The only disappointment for me was the use of painted steel for the internal tray that funnels the drippings into the collection tray. To do this may increase the cost slightly but the tray is a vital part in the working of the BBQ. There is a lot of assembly work but the instructions are excellent.”
