“I bought the eBraai for slow cooking and to finish the cooking process / keep meat warm when I braai/bbq over charcoal.
I cooked some pork sausages on it and they cooked perfectly with good browning.
Probably best cooking at 200 celcius or more for initial browning then turn down the heat for a slower cooking whilst doing veg, etc.
I also bought a pizza stone and cooked two pizzas. The stone works well however temperature should be set quite high and pizza toppings should be quite thin to ensure a good cook. You don’t get the same result as a hot oven but it’s not bad.”
