“We wanted to attach a quick release connection to our Grillo Chef but experienced a lot of difficulty. The part we had to change should have been simple to remove, supposedly being hand tight, but it was screwed in so securely this was not possible. The team at BBQ World did their best to advise, but in the end we had to secure the offending part in a 'Workmate' vise to enable us to unscrew the tail pipe. With all this distraction we have not yet been able to use our Grill - that is something to look forward to.”
