After initial experimentation in setting it up and making sure the component parts are fitted in the right order (not brilliant instructions) it proved to be very successful and heated up quickly and maintained the temperature most effectively. I also purchase a pizza stone 40cm diameter which has not been used to cook pizza yet but will be soon. I have experimented with heating it up. it's essential to use the wire support frame for both the grill plate and the pizza stone, this is not made clear in the instructions, but the build quality is excellent and hope it will prove to be a good pizza oven.”
