Requested clarification on the technical details and despite being advised that they had confirmed with Weber, on the final build, their advice was wrong. This meant I had purchased the wrong item but it was too late to return it as the unit had taken 2 hours to build.
Lovely BBQ, useless customer service. Even the manager failed to offer any resolution.
Get the BBQ from someone who knows their products, this company clearly failed.”

Previous day I received Neff dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer none of which required more than plugging in and all of which were cheaper than the barbecue.
I spoke to Neff about this and got the feeling that they really didn’t care if I hadn’t needed it immediately as I have no kitchen it would’ve gone back.”
