“BBQ World which is part of Dawsons department store were fantastic. They gave helpful advice over the ‘phone before ordering from them online. The despatch was quick and we were kept informed. Outback’s technical department were however not as great. I found a glaring error on the gas regulator step-by-step instructions - both photos and text - that would have left many customers (without my engineering knowledge) stumped and unable to connect up. The “technical dept” is not worthy of its name and considered me a bit of a pedantic nuisance. They wouldn’t even acknowledge that there was an error.
Full marks to BBQ World at Dawsons and zero points to Outback (perhaps they have become too big and successful).”
“The Outback Meteor 4 Burner/Gourmet / Jupiter Cover fitted my Outback Meteor 4 burner BBQ perfectly. It is black and well made and replaced my old Outback cover which had lasted 5 years. The cover comes with a couple of Velcro strips which makes it a good fit especially when windy over the winter. Definitely recommended.”
