“Unfortunately, my Blackstone Griddle arrived with a badly dinted hood. It looks like the pallet Company who were used to deliver the griddle had put another pallet on top of my pallet and damaged the hood which is at the top of the box. I immediatley wrote an email to BBQ World 4 days ago informing them of the damage and am still waiting for a reply. Not very impressed especially as the weather is perfect for cooking outdoors. If this is the level of customer service you get from BBQ World then I would not recommend them to anyone else”
“We only just received the BBQ and used it for a graduation bbq celebration and it was wonderful. The BBQ was perfect. Wonderful comments. Cooked the food great, and so easy to clean after. “Brilliant BBQ. Managed to setup by myself but was so, it would definetly help to have a second person to help. I had a strong garden table at waist height to place the legs on when dealing with them whcih helped.”
