“While delivery was prompt from yourselves the problems commenced! Once unpacked and connected to a gas supply the Plancha griddle did not ignite ! Upon closer inspection the piezo was not functioning the wire had become detached ! Then when it did fire up the griddle maximum temperature attained was a meagre 325C in one spot generally 275C so all in all 400/450C totally unattainable! You can’t cook smashed burgers at these temperatures! So not fit for purpose!! Unfortunately I had disposed of the packaging! So I am stuck with a lame Duck! I would appreciate a response from Blackstone ! I have photos of the above with an infrared gun to support my above statement if required”
