“Absolute bargain. I saw this bbq at twice the price elsewhere online.
We went to the store in Clitheroe to view another bbq but when we saw this one, we chose the Campingaz Series 4 as it was more substantial than others. Kelly looked after us in store - she was very helpful.
Schoolboy error when building it cost me an hour or more - I put the front legs to the back…….Enough said!
I used it for the first time on Saturday and everything was cooked just perfect. Cleaning it the next day was fine, though the cast iron griddle plate and grill were very heavy to handle.
Overall I am absolutely delighted with the Campingaz 4 series bbq”
“Very good BBQ, with lots of features. The BBQ is powerful and quick to heat up.
I love the addition of dishwasher safe interior plates that can be removed easily to wash.
The BBQ took around 2-2.5 hours to build from start to finish and assembly was simple (all holes lined up, clear instructions etc).”

“A high quality machine but the amount of assembly required is ridiculous - think of your worst IKEA nightmare and multiply by 10. I understand it can’t come fully assembled but surely split into base and top is possible? I felt like I was working unpaid in the Camping Gaz factory. 4 hours to assemble, should be noted in the product description, I only knew this from the reviews.”
“Looks great, took 4 -5 hrs to assemble, very good quality, only slight criticism is the heating rack to place food on to keep warm is big and impedes slightly on the cooking grill meaning your cooking below rack. Only a small thing but better design would be a more narrow rack or one that sits back into the hood a slight bit more”
“Easy to assemble, with great instructions, it all feels like good quality and sturdy. Looks great assembled and the side tray being able to fold is great for storage. Fired it up yesterday and it was so easy to use, it felt too easy. The right side of the grill, the full plate, easily cooked 4 burgers and 6 sausages at once, the temperature got up to 250 degrees easily and everything was cooked lovely. Highly recommended if you want to cook for quite a few people, looking forward to cooking for more people and really getting it roaring”
