“I bought a Weber 57cm Kettle grill from you in 2014. I grill every month of the year. The grill remains outside (with a cover throughout) The cleaning blades need to be replaced and I have given the old one to a friend who has the skills to replace the blades which I do not. I of course have not used the new grill much at all. I am a big fan of Weber. I also own two other grills( a BGE and a Char-Broil infrared) but the Weber is the one I use most. Having assembled it myself (just barely - using "BILT") it looks to be of much the same quality as the old one, but only time will tell. The ash catcher seems to be not as sturdy as the old one I fear, but maybe I just have to use it a couple more times to get used to it. So because I have not used it a lot. I can only rate 4 stars. The delivery was good - 5 stars.”

Assembling the product has not been at all straightforwad. A number of pieces - legs, handles and the ash catcher - proving very difficult to assemble, almost as if they were out of spec. In fact, the ash-catcher keeps falling off. I need to work on it. It's so unexpected from a Weber product.”
