“Horrendous customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM HERE. They mis-advertised an item. The image on the item listing showed the bottom of it as completely flat. However, once I received the item I found out this is not the case and the item cannot sit on a table. It needs to sit on brackets which they do not make you aware of. In fact, as the image actually shows the bottom as flat, someone must have had to edit the image (removing the components that jut out of the bottom) before adding it to the website. Why not just keep the original image showing the true nature of the item, unless you actually want to deceive customers. BBQWORLD are now refusing to respond to my emails after initial making contact. They clearly don’t want to rectify THEIR mistake/dishonesty/deceitfulness. Please AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.”
