“Love the item, and it was dispatched and delivered quickly. The only thing that could be improved is the tracking for delivery. I only got a dispatch e-mail but no tracking, and it caught me out when the pallet delivery turned up unannounced as I was out, and the delivery guy had to call me and wait 20 minutes for me to get home.”
“I’ve recently decided to sell my outback gas bbq in favour of this Weber charcoal/ gas ignition bbq best of both worlds. The quality as you would expect from Weber is v/good and really quite easy to assemble best with 2 people or a patient wife.
I haven’t as yet got to use it as it’s just into March & I’m a fair weather bbq er as such but everything looks good.
My gripe the bbq arrived very quickly as this is March as you would understand not many people bbq ing but no gas canister to get you going had to pay an extra £27 including p&p for 3 canisters & a further £21 for a warming rack and the cover for these I’d need a small mortgage.
A bit like buying a well know expensive German sports car if you get what I mean & trust me you will want everything for it. Happy spending.”
“Very good quality product, would of been 5 stars but delivery company was a day late and only gave three hours notice that they were coming on the day of the delivery via email, it was lucky I was there at the time as I don't check my emails hourly. Requires setting up (2hrs) but clear instructions. BBq is great though, my brother has this product, the ease of gas start up but with the Smokey flavour from the coals/wood.”
