“Lovely colour and great piece of kit. BBQ World have been brilliant BUT less so for Weber, as bowl was badly damaged on arrival (not a transit issue). Warranty claim with Weber, advised a replacement bowl will be sent but nothing further 2 weeks later - not even a holding comm or one advising when it may be sent etc. so in short, BBQ World brilliant and 5*. Weber not so 1*.”
