“Bought this gas bbq last week and we are happy with the purchase. We still learn how to fully do a bbq using gas as we used charcoal previous, but we did a very good lamb and chicken last Sunday. Cooks evenly, keeps the heat, the side burner is fantastic. Cleaning up its easy if you soak grate as we don’t want to scratch the surface. Very good so far. Hope will last for years.”
“So far so good. A few tricky bits with the construction instructions which could have been clearer. Why not number the boxes in line with the instruction numbers. The drip tray can only be removed from the back and it is usual to have a BBQ against a wall making access dificult.”
“As advertised, BBQ World/Dawsons’s ordering setup was very slick and easy to do, even allowing us to choose a precise date for delivery for our new Weber BBQ. Construction of the BBQ did take an hour or so, but was not difficult and could have been quicker however, I wanted to get it right first time. Due to the time of year, we’ve had limited opportunities to test the BBQ, but so far it has proved to be well designed, is easy to use and does everything it claims.
More importantly, I would like to thank Dawsons for their outstanding after sales support. Through no fault of theirs, there was slight damage to one side panel which needed replacing. They were extremely accommodating, responding very positivit. The new panel was ordered from Weber and arrived within a couple of days along with additional fixings and instruction on how to replace it without dismantling the whole BBQ. Furthermore, Dawson remained in touch throughout to ensure our needs were met; they couldn’t have supported us better, they were excellent. Consequently,I would have no hesitation whatsoever, in recommending BBQ World/Dawsons.”
