“Not easy to assemble. The plastic tool to tighten nuts is useless - so make sure you have your own socket set to hand....take your time and make sure you follow the guide albeit it isn't always obvious
We have used and cooked on Weber's many times.....so am sure it is up for the job.”

“Had smaller Webers and a larger gas BBq but this one is perfect. It solves the waste issues, gives the real BBQ flavours (unlike gas) and the lid mechianism works well avoid the where to put it questions. Side table is helpfull and just not sure what the small palte on the side of the handle is for?

“Having only used basic BBQs before now, I had high hopes and wasn't disappointed.My first test run, with chicken breasts and steak, gave me the best meat from a BBQ that I have ever cooked.Moving from direct to indirect heat and actually closing the BBQ lid was a revolution to me!All of the cooking guides were so useful, the charcoal trays enabled me to combine direct and indirect in one cook, and there were so many other little features that make this much more than your bog standard BBQ (air flow controls, ash catcher, temperature guage etc.). The only reason that this doesn't get a 5 is because a couple of the parts for the lid holder were faulty.BBQ World are sorting this though...I'd recommend this BBQ completely.”
